I think in order to beat this game, you need to do EVERYTHING available to your character, which will no doubt take over fifteen minutes. You cannot "complete the game in under fifteen minutes" due to the "open design of the game." It's just due to a certain combination of exploits. It's just a dumb speed run similar tricks are out there for dozens of games. Lots of games can be sped through with exploits. However, you can get around it (like this guy does) with exploits. So does Morrowind (the whole main quest at least). In Morrowind, if you are skilled or lucky enough, you can skip straight to the final boss and kill him.
